Hey I’m Ben, a member of JC Personal Training. I have always been heavily into sport and fitness, and with that comes huge motivation and drive to encourage and help others to become fitter and healthier. I have a great amount of enthusiasm to share and I know my skills, knowledge of fitness and nutrition can help build any client’s confidence and lead them to reach their overall goals.
