Hey, my names Granville, I’ve always been active in some way growing up but didn’t join a gym until I was nearly 30, Not only did I feel fitter and stronger but my confidence grew and I wasn’t so shy anymore, it wasn’t long after that I knew what I wanted to do.

In my time as a Health & Well-being coach as well as a GP referral instructor I’ve worked with a whole spectrum of people on hitting their goals, whether it’s been muscle gain, weight loss or even something we take for granted like walking and general movement.

I believe we should all pass our knowledge forward so I’m here to help by doing just that. Whether your goal is to gain size or to walk up the stairs.
